Missions: Act as the Purchasing Representative for a plant (and vice versa)  Member of the plant Director board, dedicated to the plant and located on site.  Ensure that any major purchasing topic for the plant is handled by central purchasing (anticipation and escalation role).  Depending on the manufacturing pool organization, the IPM scope could be enlarged to several plants with the target to globalize some supplier contracts and increase savings.
