ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager &amp; Power BI Reporting Specialist who can combine strong project management capabilities with a solid data and analytics mindset.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities while designing and delivering impactful Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating complex requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•	Plan, coordinate and deliver projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, budget and quality
•	Manage daily project activities, stakeholders, priorities and dependencies
•	Identify risks and issues, define mitigation actions and escalate when needed
•	Ensure proper governance, documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
•	Translate business needs into reporting requirements and analytical use cases
•	Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
•	Build and manage data models using Power Query and best practices
•	Define and track KPIs using DAX
•	Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability of reporting solutions
•	Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g. SharePoint, local files, data warehouses such as Snowflake)
•	Manage data refresh processes and contribute to automation initiatives (e.g. Power Automate)
•	Perform data analysis using SQL and large datasets
•	Explore opportunities to leverage AI and Copilot features
•	Act as a key point of contact between business, digital and data teams
•	Facilitate meetings, workshops and progress reviews
•	Deliver clear, structured and data-driven communication
•	Support decision-making through reliable and timely insights&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
WHO YOU ARE

•	3–5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Data &amp; Analytics roles.
•	Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).
•	Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
•	Strong knowledge of Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modeling, DAX).
•	Experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions,
•	Good knowledge of SQL and data environments (e.g. Snowflake is a plus).
•	Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
•	Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude. Clear and structured communication.
•	Proactive and curious approach to data and continuous improvement.
•	Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders.
•	Fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.

- Préparation des fichiers de calcul de la marge variable des Concessionnaires.
- Assister le Conseiller Bonus et Rémunération dans le calcul et la répartition des objectifs
commerciaux.
- Faire le suivi des plans d'accompagnement (Start Plans, Plans Ambassadeur, Pacte
performance) qui ont un impact sur la rémunération du réseau.
- Faire le suivi des primes et des corrections.
- Préparer les fichiers des analyses ponctuelles de la performance d'un investisseur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

WHO YOU ARE

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering roles.

Hands on experience in agentic AI system development (planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage).

Familiarity with at least one major Big Data platform (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
Advanced expertise in at least one AI domain such as Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir or Foundry.

Les principales missions confiées au candidat, en tant que chef de projet informatique, seront :

- Gestion des systemes digitaux: Gestion des systemes existants de vente en ligne, portail client &amp; signature electronique de la banque a travers leurs evolutions et optimisations necessaires aux deployement continu de la strategie "NRM" et de la vision 360° associée.

- Fiabilisation des données: La données client est essentielle à la strategie "NRM" et de son deploiment afin d'assurer cette vision 360° et facilité une gestion d'un point de vue operationel. C'est donc un incontournable de la transformation digitale que nous engageons aussi bien pour des fin statistiques que pour la gestion client quotidienne ou du niveau de service que nous souhaitons offris a nos clients.

- Dématérialisation des documents : La dématérialisation des documents tels que les contrats clients, les procès-verbaux de livraison, etc… sont des étapes essentielles du programme de digitalisation de l'entreprise. Elles permettront des évolutions notoires tant en termes de canaux de distribution, que de la mise en place de la stratégiedu groupe.

- Automatisation de process : Robotisation de différents process métier visant à les fiabiliser, les accélérer et absorber les augmentations de volumes sans accroître les effectifs humains. Permettre également de concentrer le capital humain sur des tâches à forte valeur ajoutée.

Qualités requise&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualités requises: 
Outre les capacités inhérentes à la fonction de chef de projet informatique (pilotage, planning, respect des coûts et délais), le candidat devra posséder de bonnes capacités analytiques, un sens du détail et de l'exhaustivité, de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication, de la curiosité pour de nouveaux métiers, une très bonne maitrise de l'anglais.

Compétences techniques: 

- Formation initiale : Ingénieur (ou équivalent)
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction d'organisation et système d'information similaire au poste proposé
- Une première expérience dans le monde de la banque est un plus

•	Own the end‑to‑end DFS program, from strategy and roadmap definition to rollout and continuous optimization across markets

Reporting to the Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing competitive product offers, supporting sales growth, and ensuring sustainable profitability across the value chain.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Supplier Range Product Manager, you will:

•	Own the end to end lifecycle of the assigned product range across Stellantis markets
•	Analyze product competitiveness through benchmarking versus IAM and OEM alternatives
•	Ensure price coherence across brands (MOPAR, EUROREPAR, SUSTAINERA) and within defined market price corridors
•	Balance competitiveness and profitability across Stellantis, Distrigo, and repairers
•	Monitor margin performance and profitability at part number level

•	Assess market potential and market share for Stellantis and non Stellantis vehicle parc

•	Support B2C (Business to Customer) initiatives targeting end customers
•	Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure product availability at launch and throughout the lifecycle
•	Perform market and marketing analysis using internal and external data sources
•	Identify new business opportunities and build related business cases based on data driven assumptions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

•	Good understanding of after sales processes, workshop operations and customer experience standards.
•	Proven ability to engage and support large, distributed populations, driving adoption of learning, development or community initiatives.
•	Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at different levels.
•	Fluent English (written and spoken); experience working in international or multi‑market contexts is a strong plus.
•	A people‑oriented, structured and proactive mindset, with the ability to combine execution, empathy and continuous improvement.
