As IT Business Solution Specialist in the SFS IT Department, you will connect business requirements with effective technology solutions. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will help ensure our information systems are reliable, secure and aligned with operational needs. The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). Your contribution : • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs, • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve business applications and system integrations. • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and solution validation activities with key users and external partners. • Lead and support IT-related projects, managing system changes from design through implementation while ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption. • Collaborate closely with local business teams, central IT functions, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. • Ensure the data integrity, the reliability and the security of IT systems and integrations. • Provide second-line functional support, troubleshooting incidents, requests, and system issues within defined service levels. • Adhere to all local and central processes and procedures.

What makes you a great fit: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT/ IS. • At least five years of hands-on experience with corporate environment, a prior experience in Leasing/ Financial Services is preferred. • Practical experience with project management in an Agile environment, lifecycle of information systems, including testing and change. • Practical experience with Technical Business Analysis & Functional Support of integrated information systems. • Understanding of Sofico MILES Enterprise and/or and other relevant solutions, • Experience with integration of IS, SQL queries, JasperReports, PowerBI Business Intelligence, • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. SQL, Python, PowerShell or low-code tools), • Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English. Als Customer Service Specialist Automotive bij Stellantis &You Distrigo versterk je ons Customer Service team en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor erkende reparateurs, schadeherstelbedrijven en universele garages. Je helpt hen met technische vragen over onderdelen, ondersteunt bij het bestelproces en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Je draagt actief bij aan klanttevredenheid door jouw kennis en servicegerichte aanpak. Wat ga je doen? -Bieden van technische ondersteuning en oplossingen aan klanten via telefoon en e-mail; -Verwerken van inkomende orders en aanvragen; -Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om klantvragen snel en accuraat te beantwoorden; -Bewaken van de voortgang van lopende zaken en zorgen voor tijdige follow-up; -Actief bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van onze klantprocessen.

We zoeken iemand die snapt hoe techniek werkt en graag met mensen schakelt. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Je hebt technische ervaring in de automotive – bijvoorbeeld als automonteur, magazijnmedewerker, serviceadviseur, onderdelenspecialist bij automotive groothandel, of iemand die dagelijks met auto-onderdelen werkt. Jouw praktijkkennis is hier heel waardevol. -Je hebt ervaring met klantcontact – heb je eerder klanten geholpen aan de balie, telefonisch of via e-mail? Dan heb je een streepje voor. -Communicatief sterk – je kunt helder uitleggen, goed luisteren en schakelt makkelijk tussen klant en collega. -Oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig – je blijft rustig als het druk is en denkt in mogelijkheden. -Taalvaardig – je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands én Engels.

Voor ons team Operations & Business Development zoeken wij versterking in de vorm van een gedreven Product- en Pricing Manager Multi-merk. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de commerciële groei van het bedrijf. Je beheert en ontwikkelt ons multi-merk productaanbod en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten, prijzen en informatie beschikbaar zijn voor interne en externe stakeholders. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van onze commerciële slagkracht. Je ondersteunt niet alleen dagelijkse operationele activiteiten, maar speelt ook een strategische rol in het vormgeven van ons productportfolio en prijsbeleid. Wat ga je doen? - Productbeheer en uitbreiding. Je krijgt – binnen duidelijke kaders – de verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van ons multi-merk productaanbod; - Prijs- en concurrentieanalyse. Met een scherp oog voor prijsverhoudingen binnen en tussen productgroepen monitor je marktontwikkelingen en onderneem je actie waar nodig om competitief te blijven; -Promotionele activiteiten. Samen met Marketing en Business Development werk je aan promoties en campagnes, en zorg je voor relevante input richting het Salesteam; -Productinformatie en interne training. Je levert accurate productinformatie, verzorgt interne communicatie en geeft waar nodig training aan collega's over relevante productkennis; -Operationele ondersteuning en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van inkooporders, communicatie met lokale leveranciers, externe kwaliteitscontroles en digitale controles van inkomende goederen; -Data-analyse en rapportage. Je voert (data)-analyses uit en presenteert deze overtuigend en feitelijk aan stakeholders, ter ondersteuning van commerciële en operationele besluitvorming;

-Analytisch vermogen: Je kunt (data)-inzichten scherp en gestructureerd interpreteren; -Commercieel inzicht: Je voelt je thuis in een snel veranderende, competitieve markt en denkt proactief mee over commerciële kansen; -IT-vaardigheden: Je beschikt over een sterk begrip van ITsystemen en applicaties voor databeheer. Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in MS Excel en basiskennis van tools zoals Access, PowerBI en andere analysetools. Ervaring met programmeertalen (zoals Python, Knime of Matlab) en SQLgedreven databases is een duidelijke pré, maar je hebt tenminste de ambitie om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen; -Communicatieve vaardigheden: Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; -Teamspeler: Je werkt goed samen met andere afdelingen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig en accuraat werken; -Verantwoordelijkheid: Je komt afspraken na en waarborgt kwaliteit in al je werkzaamheden; -Affiniteit met automotive en supply chain: Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring of een sterke aantoonbare interesse in de sector; -Proactieve mindset: Je hebt een gezonde drive om jezelf continu te verbeteren.
