As the Independent Aftermarket Manager you're a member of the Parts &amp; Services department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
As part of the multi-brand aftermarket and IAM development strategy, your mission consists of developing the performance of supplier ranges and EUROREPAR parts in the local IAM market. Within this position, you will report to the Netherlands Distrigo Manager[ML1.1].

The role is located in the Amsterdam office and offers a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). 

Your contribution : 
•	Support Distrigo Hubs in growing sales with IAM customers, becoming a significant distributor for these clients.
•	Validate the coherence of offers, pricing positioning and stock levels versus competitors.
•	Ensure supplier ranges and EUROPEPAR offers match local market expectations.
•	Balance commercial performance and stock efficiency.
•	Act as the local IAM reference while aligning with the Enlarged Europe Parts &amp; Services governance.
•	Drive hub commitment to parts strategy and commercial policies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What makes you a great fit:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Sales or Business Administration.

• At least three years of hands-on experience with IAM, spare parts distribution, purchasing, logistics or commercial roles. 

• Practical experience with Power BI, Excel, internal pricing and reporting tools. 

• A strong understanding of the IAM market, with automotive aftermarket experience being a strong asset. 

• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.

• A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!

WHO YOU ARE



You are a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data and technology in a collaborative environment. You bring:



5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Programming (Master's or PhD preferred).
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Experience with Snowflake and a solid understanding of DBT.
Basic knowledge of DevOps and orchestration tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD, Airflow).
Experience designing and managing data pipelines in enterprise environments.
Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
A collaborative mindset and confidence working within a team based environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Agentic AI &amp; Tool Developer to design, develop and maintain autonomous AI solutions across the E2E Supply Chain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Agentic AI &amp; Tool Developer, you will:

•	Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and tool usage to support Supply Chain business processes.
•	Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs and systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
•	Deliver AI driven use cases aligned with real business needs and measurable outcomes.
•	Collaborate closely with Data, AI and Engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
•	Contribute to production deployment of AI solutions and continuous improvement of AI tooling.
•	Support knowledge sharing and training on specific AI or data science topics (e.g. NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
WHO YOU ARE

You are a curious and analytical professional who enjoys building intelligent systems and working in collaborative environments. You bring:
•	Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields (PhD is a plus).
•	5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering roles.
•	A proactive mindset and ability to work effectively within a team based setting.
•	Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•	The ability to explain complex AI concepts to non technical stakeholders when needed.
•	Hands on experience in agentic AI system development (planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage).
•	Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
•	Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
•	API integration and connectivity with enterprise systems.
•	Familiarity with at least one major Big Data platform (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
•	Advanced expertise in at least one AI domain such as Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
•	Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir or Foundry.

Wat ga je doen?
- Productbeheer en uitbreiding.
Je krijgt – binnen duidelijke kaders – de verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van ons multi-merk productaanbod;
- Prijs- en concurrentieanalyse.
Met een scherp oog voor prijsverhoudingen binnen en tussen productgroepen monitor je marktontwikkelingen en onderneem je actie waar nodig om competitief te blijven;
-Promotionele activiteiten.
Samen met Marketing en Business Development werk je aan promoties en campagnes, en zorg je voor relevante input richting het Salesteam;
