About the Role As a Finance Intern, you will support the controlling team in monitoring the financial performance of the Used Car business. You will contribute to monthly closing activities, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting processes, and business analysis, helping management make informed decisions based on financial information. This internship provides valuable exposure to automotive finance, business controlling, and financial analysis within a dynamic and international environment. What is Controlling? Controlling is a key finance function that supports business decision-making by planning, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting financial performance. Controllers act as business partners, ensuring that financial results are understood, risks and opportunities are identified, and corrective actions are implemented when necessary. Key responsibilities • Participate in month-end closing activities. • Support reconciliation and review processes with accounting teams. • Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast. • Contribute to the automation and simplification of reporting processes. • Prepare presentations and summaries for business reviews and management meetings. • Assist in special projects related to finance and controlling activities.

Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Interest in finance, controlling, and the automotive industry. • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment (English is required). Voor ons team Operations & Business Development zoeken wij versterking in de vorm van een gedreven Product- en Pricing Manager Multi-merk. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de commerciële groei van het bedrijf. Je beheert en ontwikkelt ons multi-merk productaanbod en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten, prijzen en informatie beschikbaar zijn voor interne en externe stakeholders. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van onze commerciële slagkracht. Je ondersteunt niet alleen dagelijkse operationele activiteiten, maar speelt ook een strategische rol in het vormgeven van ons productportfolio en prijsbeleid. Wat ga je doen? - Productbeheer en uitbreiding. Je krijgt – binnen duidelijke kaders – de verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van ons multi-merk productaanbod; - Prijs- en concurrentieanalyse. Met een scherp oog voor prijsverhoudingen binnen en tussen productgroepen monitor je marktontwikkelingen en onderneem je actie waar nodig om competitief te blijven; -Promotionele activiteiten. Samen met Marketing en Business Development werk je aan promoties en campagnes, en zorg je voor relevante input richting het Salesteam; -Productinformatie en interne training. Je levert accurate productinformatie, verzorgt interne communicatie en geeft waar nodig training aan collega's over relevante productkennis; -Operationele ondersteuning en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van inkooporders, communicatie met lokale leveranciers, externe kwaliteitscontroles en digitale controles van inkomende goederen; -Data-analyse en rapportage. -Analytisch vermogen: Je kunt (data)-inzichten scherp en gestructureerd interpreteren; -Commercieel inzicht: Je voelt je thuis in een snel veranderende, competitieve markt en denkt proactief mee over commerciële kansen; -IT-vaardigheden: Je beschikt over een sterk begrip van ITsystemen en applicaties voor databeheer. Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in MS Excel en basiskennis van tools zoals Access, PowerBI en andere analysetools. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES • Monthly Tax Expense Analysis & Calculation. • Technical analysis, calculation, and recording of discrete tax items (law change impacts, uncertain tax positions, prior year adjustments, tax impacts of buyback, etc.). • Deferred tax asset analysis under IAS12 and recording the appropriate adjustments. • For quarter ends, lead IAS 34 / IAS 12 calculation and recording of tax entries. • H1 & YE External Reporting of Taxes. • Calculate tax impact of transfer pricing adjustments. • Perform calculations, analysis, and booking for tax and cash tax for Budget and Mid-Term Plan. • Complete deferred tax proof for French Tax Unit and assist other entities with their deferred proof processes (Germany, UK, Spain). • Execute relevant SOX controls and maintain SOX documentation. • Support monthly Business Review of taxes. • Lead implementation of the new Tax Accounting tool (ONESOURCE) for EE region and be the key contact person for French-speaking users. • ICT implementation interlocutor for the Group Accounting Tool.

EDUCATION • University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar, with a good Background in Tax Law. • Proficiency in English and French language • Microsoft Package • SAP • Onesource EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of experience at large accounting firm and/or multinational tax accounting department. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • Good background in accounting (IFRS) and tax law (in particular French Tax Law) in a multinational context. • Good analytical skills • Ability to communicate and explain complex tax issues. • Transparency, autonomy, able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
