Description de la mission : 

En tant que VIE en Marketing et Communication chez Opel Allemagne, vous participerez activement à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie marketing et communication de la marque sur le marché allemand. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales et internationales pour soutenir le lancement de nouveaux produits, développer des campagnes de communication innovantes et analyser les performances des actions marketing.

Missions Principales :

1.	Gestion de Projet :
•	Contribuer à la planification et à l'exécution des campagnes marketing (TV, print, digital, radio).
•	Coordonner les activités entre les différentes équipes (agences, partenaires, etc.).
•	Suivi des délais, des budgets et des résultats des projets.

2.	Communication Digitale :
•	Participer à la gestion des réseaux sociaux et des sites web d'Opel Allemagne.
•	Analyser les performances des campagnes digitales (SEO, SEA, réseaux sociaux) et proposer des optimisations.
•	Créer et adapter du contenu pour les différentes plateformes.

3.	Événementiel :
•	Aider à l'organisation d'événements (lancements de produits, salons, etc.).
•	Assurer la logistique et la coordination des événements en collaboration avec les prestataires.

4.	Support Opérationnel :
•	Soutenir l'équipe marketing dans les tâches quotidiennes (reporting, préparation de présentations, etc.).
•	Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour aligner les initiatives marketing et les besoins commerciaux.
•	Soutenir les activités de marketing stratégique et de pricing.
•	Assurer une veille de marché, incluant des recherches sur la concurrence et le marché automobile en Allemagne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation: Diplômé(e) Bac +5 issu(e) d´école de commerce ou université
Compétences :
•	Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
•	Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais.
•	Forte aptitude à l'analyse et à la résolution de problèmes.
•	Connaissance des outils de marketing digital et des réseaux sociaux.
•	Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint).

About the Role
As a Finance Intern, you will support the controlling team in monitoring the financial performance of the Used Car business. You will contribute to monthly closing activities, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting processes, and business analysis, helping management make informed decisions based on financial information.

This internship provides valuable exposure to automotive finance, business controlling, and financial analysis within a dynamic and international environment.

What is Controlling?
Controlling is a key finance function that supports business decision-making by planning, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting financial performance. Controllers act as business partners, ensuring that financial results are understood, risks and opportunities are identified, and corrective actions are implemented when necessary. 

Key responsibilities
•	Participate in month-end closing activities.
•	Support reconciliation and review processes with accounting teams.
•	Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast.
•	Contribute to the automation and simplification of reporting processes.
•	Prepare presentations and summaries for business reviews and management meetings.
•	Assist in special projects related to finance and controlling activities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications
•	Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•	Interest in finance, controlling, and the automotive industry.
•	Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
•	Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
•	Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•	Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment (English is required).

Position Overview :
The Business Oversight Coordinator supports the Business Oversight function within the Business Development (BDEV) department by providing structured coordination, follow-up, and delivery support across key department routines. Reporting to the Business Oversight Manager, this role acts as the execution backbone for governance preparation, action tracking, reporting consolidation, and transversal initiative monitoring. The Business Oversight Coordinator helps ensure that BDEV stakeholders are aligned on inputs, deadlines, and priorities, enabling consistent communication, reliable outputs, and timely follow-through across cross-functional topics. The role also supports the reporting and forecasting cycle through input coordination, consolidation, and quality checks. 

Key Responsibilities :
Governance Support &amp; Administration : 
- Support the preparation of governance meetings by consolidating inputs and preparing meeting decks. 
- Capture minutes and decisions and maintain clear action and decision tracking. 
- Monitor progress, flag overdue items, and escalate risks/issues to the Business Oversight Manager. 

Cross-Functional Coordination :
- Coordinate information flow across BDEV teams to ensure aligned inputs, timelines, and dependencies. 
- Document key cross-functional decisions and ensure follow-through on agreed actions. 

Reporting, Forecast &amp; Planning Support :
- Coordinate timelines and consolidate information required for management reporting and forecasting cycles. 
- Perform quality checks (completeness/consistency) and follow-up on gaps or discrepancies. 
- Prepare draft deliverables for finalisation by the Business Oversight Manager. 
- Support reporting enhancements by coordinating requirements, testing and deployment follow‑up with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Performance/Data teams) 

 Controls &amp; Audit Follow-Up :
- Support the Business Oversight Manager in coordinating BDEV responses to Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit requests (including collecting and consolidating inputs). 
- Maintain the BDEV audit findings &amp; recommendations tracker and follow-up with action owners on progress and deadlines. 
- Prepare regular audit/recommendation status updates for BDEV governance routines. 
- Flag delivery risks, gaps, or delays to the Business Oversight Manager for escalation where needed. 

Transversal Initiatives / PMO Support :
- Maintain the central initiative/project tracker, ensuring status updates are captured consistently. 
- Follow-up with initiative owners on milestones, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers when needed. 
- Support the preparation of initiative updates for leadership/guidance forums. 

AI &amp; Data Privacy Support :
- Maintain visibility of ongoing AI initiatives/use cases through tracking and documentation support. 
- Support data privacy administration (e.g., ROPA updates) and coordinate inputsfor the DPO when requested.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Required Skills &amp; Experience 
- Experience in coordination/PMO, operations, or reporting roles. 
- Highly organized and delivery-focused, able to manage multiple parallel topics, regular cycles, and tight deadlines with strong follow-up discipline. 
- Strong coordination and communication skills, confident liaising across teams, consolidating inputs, and escalating risks/issues appropriately. 
- Data-literate and detail-oriented, able to perform completeness/consistency checks and maintain reliable trackers/logs to support governance and reporting routines. 
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, Power BI, and Copilot) and able to use them confidently to support reporting, documentation, and coordination.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
•	Monthly Tax Expense Analysis &amp; Calculation.
•	Technical analysis, calculation, and recording of discrete tax items (law change impacts, uncertain tax positions, prior year adjustments, tax impacts of buyback, etc.).
•	Deferred tax asset analysis under IAS12 and recording the appropriate adjustments.
•	For quarter ends, lead IAS 34 / IAS 12 calculation and recording of tax entries.
•	H1 &amp; YE External Reporting of Taxes.
•	Calculate tax impact of transfer pricing adjustments.
•	Perform calculations, analysis, and booking for tax and cash tax for Budget and Mid-Term Plan. 
•	Complete deferred tax proof for French Tax Unit and assist other entities with their deferred proof processes (Germany, UK, Spain).
•	Execute relevant SOX controls and maintain SOX documentation.
•	Support monthly Business Review of taxes.
•	Lead implementation of the new Tax Accounting tool (ONESOURCE) for EE region and be the key contact person for French-speaking users.
•	ICT implementation interlocutor for the Group Accounting Tool.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION
•	University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar, with a good Background in Tax Law.
•	Proficiency in English and French language

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience at large accounting firm and/or multinational tax accounting department. 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

•	Ability to communicate and explain complex tax issues.
