ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Project Manager & Power BI Reporting Specialist who can combine strong project management capabilities with a solid data and analytics mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities while designing and delivering impactful Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making. You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating complex requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes. WHO YOU ARE • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Data & Analytics roles. • Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience). • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus. • Strong knowledge of Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modeling, DAX). • Experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions, • Good knowledge of SQL and data environments (e.g. Snowflake is a plus). • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude. Rejoins notre équipe Qualité Produit & Process Fonderie ! Dans notre service, tu ne seras jamais seul(e) : tu feras partie d'une équipe soudée de 12 techniciens où entraide et bonne humeur sont au rendez-vous. Ta mission sera de contribuer à améliorer la qualité de nos pièces en réduisant les rebuts et en faisant chuter les défauts en clientèle. Et pour ça, on va t'accompagner pas à pas ! Ce que tu feras au quotidien : tu coanimeras des échanges qualité avec nos clients, tu participeras au point qualité (en français ou en anglais) avec nos clients en France et à l'international. L'objectif est de comprendre leurs attentes et leur montrer comment on progresse ensemble. Enquêter sur les pièces défectueuses, tu analyseras les retours de pièces, identifieras les défauts récurrents et proposeras des solutions concrètes pour les éliminer. Travailler en équipe avec l'atelier, tu coanimeras des groupes de travail pour résoudre les problèmes les plus fréquents. Pourquoi c'est fait pour toi ? parce que tu as envie : d'apprendre un vrai métier technique, d'évoluer dans une équipe bienveillante, de travailler dans une bonne ambiance, et de contribuer à fabriquer des produits dont tu peux être fier/fière.

Tu as déjà quelques bases en fonderie, que ce soit en fonte, en aluminium ou dans un domaine proche et tu souhaites obtenir un BTS fonderie. Les outils informatiques ne te font pas peur, tu maîtrises le Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) et tu es à l'aise pour découvrir de nouveaux logiciels. Tu aimes travailler avec des métiers et interlocuteurs différents. Tu es rigoureux(se)… mais aussi curieux(se) et créatif(ve) parce qu'améliorer la qualité, c'est à la fois analyser, comprendre, mais aussi imaginer des solutions. Niveau d'anglais opérationnel. Tu pourras suivre nos échanges qualité avec nos clients étrangers… et progresser à ton rythme. MISSION As a Field Quality Investigator, often known as our "Quality Flying Doctor," you will be the primary detective for our most challenging field quality issues. You will be on the front lines, traveling to the source of problems to conduct deep-dive technical analyses. Your work will be crucial in bridging the gap between customer-reported issues and engineering solutions, directly impacting product quality, customer satisfaction, and warranty costs. You don't just report problems; you own the initial investigation and provide the critical data needed to drive resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Travel to dealerships, repair shops, and customer locations to perform hands-on inspections of vehicles exhibiting quality concerns. • Conduct detailed interviews with customers, service technicians, and field service engineers to gather first-hand accounts of the issue. • Perform comprehensive data collection, including reading and recording all relevant DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), live data streams, and vehicle logs. • Execute issue reappearance tests to confirm the problem and understand the specific conditions under which it occurs. • Build a robust pre-analysis for each field quality case, compiling all evidence (photos, videos, data logs, measurements) into a concise and actionable report. • Based on your findings, perform initial triage to determine the most likely root cause category: Design Flaw, Manufacturing/Process Issue, or Component Quality Failure. • Create detailed technical summaries that serve as the foundation for deeper investigation by specialized engineering teams (e.g., Powertrain, EE, Chassis). • Identify, log, and track new and emerging field issues within our quality management systems. • Build and maintain Pareto analyses by "bucketizing" similar problems, calculating their frequency and gravity (severity, cost, safety impact). • Manage and report on key Field Quality KPIs, such as Early Warranty Return Rate, Top Issue Rate, 3Mis • Monitor issue trends over time to gauge the effectiveness of corrective actions. • Prepare and present weekly and monthly synthesis reports on the status of all major investigations. • Clearly communicate complex technical issues to cross-functional teams, including management, engineering, and suppliers. • Maintain a "living" dashboard of top field issues, highlighting investigation progress, current hypotheses, and roadblocks.
