As B2B & Loyalty Specialist you're a member of the Parts & Services department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consist in being the liaison between Stellantis and the leasing companies, body repair chains, dealer networks and Key Accounts in the Netherlands. The main goals are, reach targets on customer satisfaction, turnover parts and margin for all of the parts ranges (OEM, Circular Economy, ERP and IAM) of Stellantis
Within this position, you will report to Business Development and Marketing Manager.

The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office).

Your contribution :
• Negotiate deals with leasing companies, together with the respective dealer counsels,
• Negotiate deals with body repair chains, together with Stellantis &You/ Distrigo,
• Set up partnership agreements, SLAs and contracts with B2B partners,
• Develop, manage and optimize the B2B business in the Netherlands, including overseeing projects (e.g. roadside assistance & glazing) with the goal to increase overall customer loyalty,
• Follow-up on commitments in service level agreements together with dealer networks,
• Active Key Account Management to optimize turnover and margin results on parts and responsible for bonus payments to repair chains,
• Manage B2B customer complaints on a strategic level, together with the Corporate Sales Team,
• Follow-up audits actions to maintain and / or improve certified damage repair standards,
• Animate certified damage repair to participating body shops and organize training sessions for body repair shops,
• Ensure an active collaboration with insurance companies,
• Responsible for glazing strategy in the Netherlands,
• Active involvement in (partially) subsidiary-owned IT programs to accommodate business, such as SupplyIT (parts sales) and Dealer Banden Beheer.

Profile

What makes you a great fit:

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/ Communication,
• At least five years of hands-on experience with leasing companies/ fleet business, customer care and support, contract management,
• Practical experience with Business Intelligence Tools, Microsoft Office Suite,
• A strong understanding the B2B environment with a clear focus on customer communication and engagement,
• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English,
• A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
