As Technical Field Delegate (TD), you're a member of the Aftersales department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consist in helping the technicians of the Stellantis network during their difficult technical diagnostics. As a result, you improve the technical knowledge of the network in order to have a quicker, more efficient fix in the future.
Within this position, you will report to the Technical Warranty Manager. The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office).

Your contribution :
• Managing the technical incidents in the aftersales tool PAMIR:
o DID-A escalations from L1 or L2
o DID-S safety incidents on request of the TC
o Support the e-Repair centres

• Bring technical assistance to several stakeholders:
o Internal organization of Stellantis NL
o For the Stellantis network (outside PAMIR)
o For technical help for warranty on demand of the Manager Warranty & Recall

• Improving the technical knowledge of the TD team:
o Follow training sessions (including abroad) and share technical experience with the team
o Testing new technologies, diagnostic tools and vehicles

• Improve the technical level of the Stellantis network
o Helping with diagnostic issue's in the field, by phone or remote online
o Contribution of technical input to the training department
o Detect technical need in the network and contribute to a solution
o Contribute to the technical information sessions for the network

Profile

What makes you a great fit:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree,
• At least two years of hands-on experience was a diagnostic technician/ workshop experience in the automotive field.
• Practical experience with diagnostics systems such as faultreading tools and experience in problem solving
• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.
• A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
