The Manager Insights & Performance oversees three key areas within the CMO:
-Data Performance and Insights:
Responsible for coordinating analytical insights, such as the sales funnel, providing actionable recommendations for the CMO plus the brands and leading the path to a Data Drive Approach to drive commercial results.
-Lead Management:
Holds both technical and business responsibility for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of lead flows, systems and conversions.
-CMO Projects and Systems:
Manages projects from the CMO's perspective within the Dutch market and possesses comprehensive knowledge of the systems and interlinking processes within Stellantis.

Additionally, the Manager Insights & Performance plays an active, hands-on role in major projects within the Dutch market, ranging from model launches to the implementation of new sales tools. The Manager's expertise encompasses these three critical areas within the CMO department.

As Manager Insights & Performance, your mains responsibilities will be:
Leadership & Team management
-Define and establish strategic frameworks for the further development of the team and business cases,
-Provide clear direction, set performance expectations and conduct yearly performance reviews,
-Represent the team in various meetings, such as the CMO MT, quarterly brand meetings,
-Implement performance metrics and KPI's to monitor the effectiveness of systems and processes.
Project management
-Oversee and manage key projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget,
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals,
Data performance and leads
-Steer and lead the way towards a Data driven approach within Stellantis,
Stakeholder Engagement
-Serve as a liaison between your team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration,
Hands-on involvement
-Lead by example, taking on tasks that require direct involvement, especially during peak periods, absence or complex projects,
-Ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes into new or existing workflows.

Your Profile

- You have a Bachelor or a Master degree within the Digital, Marketing field and acquired at least 5 years of experience in a commercial and fast-paced environment,
- You've proven your experience in project management, managing business systems & processes,
- You worked in Lead management and optimization, as well as Data performance and Insights
- You have 3 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
