As the Manager Key Accounts, you're a member of the B2B department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consists of managing and developing the Key Account team and acting as a strategic partner and trusted business partner for corporate customers, internal stakeholders and the retailer network. You will be responsible for the entire NSC Corporate Customer portfolio of Stellantis NL, ensuring we strengthen and expand strong partnerships with existing customers and building and expanding the portfolio with new customers. Within this position, you will report to the B2B Director.

The role is located at the Amsterdam office and offers a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office).

Your contribution :
• You lead the Key Account team and are responsible for commercial performance within the business and corporate segments for both farming and hunting.
• Together with your team, you develop and implement a distinctive Fleet Sales strategy for Stellantis's brand portfolio.
• You drive the achievement and exceeding of volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets and monitor the quality and consistency of the commercial approach.
• You manage the National Key Account Managers, handling team coaching, development, and performance management.
• You monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and commercial results, ensuring careful documentation of agreements, and collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing departments & international headquarters.
• As a connecting link, you engage internal and external stakeholders in a shared ambition regarding sustainable growth, innovation and customer value.

Profile

What makes you a great fit:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Commercial Economics, Sales or a related field.

• At least five years of hands-on experience with the B2B environment, particularly in automotive or mobility as a plus.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM systems as well as MS Office.

• Strong managing skills and a leadership style combining analytical and process driven skills with the ability to coach and inspire team members with a clear focus on the shared target.
• A target driven leader with strong commercial instinct and the ability to coach individual team members and create a strong team.

• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.

• A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
