Your mission
Ensure reaching and exceeding all aftersales revenue every year globally. The role will be managing and aligning all regions under the same methodologies and general strategies for Aftersales, while also prioritizing Software and Non-Software needs.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing global strategy to drive aftersales revenue to Stellantis, through the lens of software products and services
• Prioritize direct revenue growth to STLA through aftersales opportunities (e.g., predictive maintenance, residual value, used vehicles, etc.)
• Ensuring all regions are maximizing aftersales value, with consistent revenue and governance schemes
• Reach annual global aftersales revenue targets

Profil

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field
• 12 years of overall experience
• Language: English (Advanced+)
• Expert in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with data visualization
• Experience using data sets to derive insights
• Experience growing new businesses with a ‘start up' mentality
• Ability to quickly grasp potential for a new idea, and recognize what it would take to execute
• Ability to understand regional and cultural nuances

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of automotive aftersales business
• Expert of Stellantis' Parts and Services & Mopar Business Lines
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Business development experience
• Short and long-term thoughtful mindset
• Attitudinal willingness to solve complex problems with minimal oversight
• Quantitative skills (e.g., modelling, accounting rules, etc.)
