The Premium Brands B2B Account Manager supports, is responsible for strategic key account management of all Mobility Providers (Leasers, Carsharing & Subscription) for our Premium Brands (DS, Alfa Romeo & Lancia). The Premium Brands B2B Account Manager also educates and motivates the Retailer Network where needed based on data driven daily & monthly gap analyses of individual Performance within the Premium Brands.

The Premium Brands B2B Account Manager oversees the following activities dedicated to the Premium brands (Alfa Romeo, DS Automobiles and Lancia):

Retailer activation and support:
- Close collaboration with appointed retailers for local B2B market performance for the Premium Brands,
- First point of B2B Sales contact and ambassador of the Premium Brands:
-Internally, towards the involved departments and Premium Brands,
-Externally, towards the corresponding Retailers (nationally), focused on the main (national) topics,
- Initiate commercial activities (events, incentives etc) to support retailer B2B performance for the Premium Brands.

Support, Monitor and Drive Target Achievement:
- Ensure monitoring and regular communication internally and externally where needed based on Daily & Monthly Gap Analysis,
- Sustain and support all initiatives driving continuous performance improvement,
- Identify the reasons for under-performance and identify levers to be included in action plans. Support through expert assessment while using problem solving methods.

Leasing/B2B Accounts Development:
• Improve Premium Brands awareness and coverage at the leasing companies and increase leasing channel performance,
• Translate long-term brands strategy and goals into midterm and short-term actions with customers,
• Optimization of balance between volume (orders & registrations) and revenue (gross profit) on market channel and customer level,
• Strategic account plan:
-Customer Sustainability & Fleet development target,
-Support TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), lease rates and competitiveness,
-Targets and pipeline management on B2B channel:
• Hunting for new customers and proactively generate leads for new deals,
• Out of the box ideas and creativity to build and promote the brands, such as co-marketing activities and partnerships.

Profile


- Completed HBO or WO education with at least five to eight years of experience in Sales (i.e. Zone Manager sales, aftersales, B2B, retailer), Account Management.,
- Work with a high level of autonomy and be accountable for your own performance
- Ability to work and perform in a Matrix organisation,
- Ability to teach, coach and inspire,
- Knowledge of processes and tools of Retailer,
- Enthusiastic problem solver,
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a requirement for this role.
