The Transformation & EMobility Manager oversees the monitoring and evolution of the New Retailer Model at the National Sales Company (NSC) level for the Netherlands, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and local support to the departments and external stakeholders. This role is a pivotal position within the management team of Stellantis Nederland B.V. including responsibilities of streamlining local processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and rolling out best practices across Europe to optimize workload management and improve business margins.
Beyond transformation initiatives, this position also plays a key role in supporting e-Mobility topics at the local level, ensuring the integration and promotion of electric vehicle (EV) solutions, and sustainable mobility initiatives.
As Transformation & EMobility Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Monitor the New Retailer Model at NSC Level:
• Oversee all New Retailer Model (NRM) business practices,
• Support the network and NSC colleagues in learning, correcting, adjusting, resolving, and improving NRM processes and tools,
• Act as the driving force in NRM business process optimization and liaise with the NRM HQ team on evolutions, issues, and requirements,
• Supervise external resources providing support for process/systems issues.
Drive Simplification & Efficiency Booster Initiatives:
• Lead simplification and efficiency initiatives at the NSC local level,
• Roll out central initiatives and standardization across Europe, based on best practices, to reduce workload for NSC and dealers and introduce new business margin initiatives.
Mobility Development & Integration:
• Support the local development of e-Mobility strategies,
• Contribute to the implementation of innovative e-Mobility solutions to drive market growth and competitiveness,
Project Management and Support:
• Work with CMO to prepare for and manage requirements of OMNI evolutions, including NSC/Network training and supervision, and provide clarity on the impact,
• Provide general support for NL MD, including preparations for HQ visits (e.g., F&B, transport coordination, meeting rooms) and support in various projects (e.g., purchasing/payment queries, HR activities, business process discussions).
Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transformation projects, business efficiency, automotive retail, or corporate strategy,
• Strong expertise in process optimization, transformation, and change management,
• Experience in retail operations, automotive industry, or corporate transformation projects,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset,
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills,
• Skilled in working across departments and aligning diverse interests,
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
The role is based in Amsterdam with the possibility of working remotely 3 days per week.
